Committed and passionate team

Having staff and members that bring different perspectives, beliefs and experience to our collective work is important to us.

We provide a diverse, culturally safe, flexible and supportive working environment for our staff.

When we have job vacancies, we encourage candidates with a lived experience in the Growing North communities we seek to represent to apply.
